You get paid
After a 24-hour window to report a problem, the money moves to your balance. No confirmation after 7 days? It confirms on its own.
The buyer pays a Protect fee of 1.5% (minimum GH₵1.00, maximum GH₵20.00). You pay nothing extra. If something goes wrong, SnapDuka reviews it and either releases the money to you or refunds the buyer. Read how Protect works for buyers
